Soccer Positions Diagram

Confused?!?!?

Okay, I asked a previous question about soccer, it’s rules, positions and what not, but I just went on Wikipedia to try to understand it more and it said you can only have 11 players on the feild at once, but on the diagram, it shows way more than that. So my question now is which players do you have to have on the feild and which players can you take out? And if you could tell me just the basics of what you know about it….In terms and a language that a 9th grader that has no clue about it can understand. No, there’s not just 11 on the field there is 22.11 for each team.Usually on the field you have forwards which are in the front, midfielders which are in the middle, defenders which are in the back, and goalies who guard the net.You can take any of them out on a substitution.Substitutions can happen on a throw that’s yours, six kicks (when the ball goes out of the line the net is on and you put it on the six yard line), or when someone gets hurt.
