Soccer Goalie Pants

Soccer goalie advice please!?

I have goalie training today but its too hot out to wear pants and long sleeves. We play on turf and dive alot and such so you get bad turf burn from diving without long clothing but its wayyyy to hot. any suggestions?
the heat isnt the problem, i just dont like the turf burn! no one does!i just need so me sort of advice as to like maybe what type of clothing that wont get too hot but will protect me or something that will get rid of or relieve the turf burn!

try picking up some underarmor.. that should help with the heat.. secondly.. pull your socks up so they cover your knees.. it my look a little odd.. but it’ll help.. and I definitely agree with the padded shorts.. that’ll help a great deal..
