What kind of male clothing style is this? Girls might know too!?

I often refer to this as celebrity clothed style. because i’ve never seen a typical high school student wear this type of style.. or atleast not in my high school only on red carpets.. worn by like justin timberlake or david beckham and zac efron anyways : the description : plain dress shirt (any colors.. mostly solids) with a wool vest worn over top (with cut sleeves) and below the vest is SOMETIMES a black tie (or any color).. it’s optional but it looks best wit a tie.. I hope you know usually these vests are solid gray/ black or with triangular checkers like the picture shown below :
